Get started with voicemail-to-email transcription starting at CAD $10/month for up to 100 voicemails. Sign up now and, after payment is confirmed, you can be up and running within minutes. Individuals can use a simple forwarding mailbox workflow, or choose SMTP forwarding when their phone system can send voicemail emails directly to a custom route. The starter account is volume-based, so one person or multiple approved mailboxes can share the same monthly voicemail block.

Two setup options for individual accounts

If voicemail already comes to one or more inboxes, setup can be as simple as forwarding those voicemail emails to a Speech2Mail mailbox. If your phone system supports SMTP routing, you can also choose SMTP forwarding so voicemail emails are sent directly from the phone system to Speech2Mail. Either way, the transcribed and analyzed result is emailed back to the appropriate address.
