What is processed
Speech2Mail receives voicemail emails that include audio attachments. The audio is processed to produce the transcription workflow and related analysis, such as summaries or contact details, depending on the account configuration.
Language configuration
The demo mailbox is currently configured for English voicemail samples. Live accounts can be configured for several languages and translation pairs, including English to French, Dutch to German, French to English, and customer-specific requirements.
