4. Voicemail Processing & Retention

  • Voicemail audio is processed automatically to generate transcription and analysis results.
  • Audio files are not retained longer than necessary to complete processing.
  • Transcriptions and metadata may be temporarily stored for delivery, logging, or customer access, depending on account configuration.
  • Customers and resellers control how delivered voicemail emails are stored in their own mail systems.

We only share information when required to operate the service, such as with email delivery providers and cloud infrastructure used for speech processing and analysis.

We do not share voicemail content or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
